PRYOR, Okla. — UPDATE: The name of the deceased male is, Ronald Leon Furr II, according to the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say they are not releasing the female’s identity at this time, but she is expected to survive.

Mayes County deputies are investigating after a double shooting Wednesday night, according to the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting happened around 9:15 p.m. near Spavinaw.
Officials say one person is dead and another in the hospital.
The person in the hospital is in "stable condition."
The names of the victims have not been released.
