Volkswagen Pleads Guilty In Emissions Cheating Scandal

<p>Volkswagen has officially&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/10/business/volkswagen-europe-diesel-car-owners.html" target="_blank">taken responsibility</a>&nbsp;for its emissions cheating scandal.</p><p>The German automaker pleaded guilty to fraud and obstruction of justice charges.
