Kayla Shelton is in custody after a pursuit by Tulsa police just after 3 p.m. Saturday.
Police say officers tried to make a traffic stop near 28th and Memorial, but she refused to stop.
She drove on I-44 to 193rd East Ave. before turning around and coming back to the 11th Street exit.
Police were able to catch her near 21st and Memorial.
Officers say she was driving a stolen vehicle.
She was transported to an area hospital.
