It’s the 112th birthday of the man who taught children around the nation the importance of having a kind heart and believing in our limitless potential.

Theodor Seuss Geisel, also known as Dr. Seuss, created inspirational works such as “Oh, the Place You’ll Go” and “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” Though his pieces were relatively small in page count, his messages were big in impact throughout all age groups.

From these pieces of literature that have helped shape the morals and generosity of many children, let’s take a look back at some of the more notable quotes.
