Counties affected are: Cotton, Jefferson, Pottawatomie, Mayes, Carter, Jackson, Tulsa, Noble, McClain, Rogers, Garvin, Okmulgee, Nowata, Stephens, Washita, Creek, Grady, Greer, Comanche, Ottawa, Love, Pawnee, Benton, Bryan, Cleveland, Kay, Pope, Logan, Beckham, Pontotoc, Kiowa, Harmon, Grant, Lincoln, Sumner, Kingfisher, Marshall, Caddo, Osage, Murray, Craig, Garfield, Delaware, Washington, Canadian, Payne, Wagoner, Oklahoma and Tillman.
