TULSA - Tulsa Police say two people are in jail after they started a pursuit with Lighthorse Police officers Thursday morning.

According to police, officers discovered a stolen car at the River Spirit Casino and tried to conduct a traffic stop.

The car fled traveling north in the southbound lanes of Riverside Dr. without its lights on. According to the police report, cars traveling in the southbound lanes had to drive on the shoulder to avoid hitting the car. Police chased it until the vehicle crashed near 36th and Riverside.

The driver and passenger ran from the vehicle but were captured by police.

Police arrested Patrick Amos Pflueger and Faith Hannah Anderson on the scene.

Tulsa Police assisted with the investigation, but say its officers were not involved.
