TULSA - Two men are facing charges for first-degree burglary, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest after police took them into custody Thursday night.
Tulsa police responded to a first-degree burglary call at a home on South 74th East Avenue around midnight.
When officers arrived they saw two white men running out the back door.
Officers arrested one in the backyard and had to setup a perimeter, use K-9s and a helicopter to catch the other in a different backyard hiding under plywood.
A K-9 took the second suspect into custody.
