TULSA, Okla.- Two people are arrested following a pursuit in Tulsa on Monday morning.
Police were called by a victim who said someone stole their car and that they were tracking them because they left their phone inside the vehicle. Officers attempted to pull the car over but the suspects took off.
Eventually the pursuit ended with the car crashing. A man and woman were taken into custody.
