Tulsa police have released video from a chase on October 24 that started on 51st and Memorial.
Police say Manuel Morales was booked in jail that morning for eluding officers, assault with a deadly weapon and for driving under the influence.
Around 2 that morning, someone called police about a car sitting in the intersection.
Manuel allegedly rammed into a police car and made obscene gestures to officers.
Police say he then took off, leading officers on a chase.
The chase ended at a hotel parking lot on 21st and Mingo, according to police.
Officers say Morales refused to comply, before eventually getting out of the car.
