A police chase ended with a kidnapping arrest early Monday morning in Tulsa.

Officers say they spotted a stolen vehicle at the QuikTrip at 7 N. Yale Avenue with two adults inside.

Police say the driver took off, leading officers on a chase down E. Admiral Place.

Officers noticed the passenger waiving and say they later learned she was not being allowed to exit the vehicle.

After a short chase, officers say the driver got stuck on the railroad tracks at 100 N. Madison Avenue and ran away.

Police say the suspect ran to Highway 75, stopped two vehicles and tried to take them.

Officers caught the suspect, who suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police say the driver, Eddie Scyffore, will be booked into jail on charges of Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Eluding, Resisting, and Kidnapping.
