TULSA- Police say after assessing the scene of a crash on the LL Tisdale, evidence doesn't support a woman's story that a man was driving the car that crashed and ran from the scene.
TPD responded to the crash around 1 a.m. and found a woman seriously injured.
Originally, officers thought the driver was trapped inside, but the woman told them he ran from the scene.
They used a helicopter to try and find the driver, but officers were unsuccessful. They originally said they knew who they were looking for.
After searching the vehicle, police found what looked like a large amount of meth.
The injured woman is in the hospital this morning. She will face charges for those drugs in her possession.
