A man convicted in May of killing a 14-year-old girl was sentenced Tuesday.
Tuesday, a judge sentenced David Ruble to life in prison after a jury convicted him in May of killing 14-year-old April Montano in 2014.

The sentencing comes after the jury recommended life in prison for Ruble.
According to prosecutors, Ruble and two other men, Demonte Rushing and Travis Lozada wanted to steal the family's four-wheelers they were hauling behind their trucks.
