TULSA - An organization started by a Tulsa Public Schools coach and teacher, is donating 100 coats to TPS students Thursday.

For every jacket Gracious Tree sells, it gives one away.

Thursday will be its first "coat drop," as students from Burroughs Elementary School will receive their coats at 1 p.m.

"It makes us feel good, and I hope they feel good, and everybody's got the same, so no one knows what your situation is," said Ryan Reed, CEO and Tulsa Memorial Head Football Coach.

He started the organization to "warm the world," and hopes this event is a good start.

Students were chosen with assistance from Assistance League Bargains Store. Burroughs students will take a bus from school to the store to receive their jackets.
