Stillwater Police arrested a man Wednesday morning they say made inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl.
Officers say Kwamain Baker made sexual comments to the girl Tuesday, then began touching her.
Baker faces a felony charge of lewd acts with a child under sixteen.
