OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A trust has claimed a $1 million winning Mega Millions ticket from the Oklahoma Lottery.

The Below Par Trust claimed the prize from the July 5 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at a convenience store in Lawton.

The winner matched all five white balls, which is a $1 million prize. They didn't select the Megaplier option for an extra $1, which would have multiplied their prize to $5 million. After taxes, the trust will receive a total of $710,000.

Since its launch in November 2005, the Oklahoma Lottery has had 55 winners of $1 million or more. Four lottery winners have hit the Powerball jackpot.

Net proceeds of all lottery games support improvements and enhancements to public education in Oklahoma. More than $734 million has been contributed to education.
