Republican James Lankford wins re-election, secures U.S. Senate seat

Republican Senator James Lankford has won re-election after serving on the U.S. Senate for two years.

Lankford won against Democrat Mike Workman, Libertarian Robert Murphy and Independents Sean Braddy and Mark Beard.

Lankford was elected to the U.S. Senate after former Senator Tom Coburn announced his retirement in 2014.
