Process server arrested for sexual misconduct

Posted

OKLAHOMA CITY – A process server accused of engaging in several sex-related acts of misconduct was arrested this week regarding the criminal complaints, says OSBI.

Robert Wonsch, 34, allegedly offered to reduce or waive fees for clients and potential clients in exchange for sexual favors. OSBI says they interviewed nearly a dozen women who claim that Wonsch extended this offer to them.

OSBI went on to say that at least four women were sexually battered by Wonsch. Authorities say he fondled, kissed or hugged them against their will.

One client was forced to perform oral sex on Wonsch, says OSBI.

Agents were able to trace the cases starting in January of 2015 when Wonsch worked at Express Documents and Mediations in Cleveland County. They say many of the victims were seeking help in obtaining a divorce.

Wonsch was detained at his home in Moore this week when agents took him in for an interview.

Wonsch is being held on four counts of sexual battery, one count forcible oral sodomy, one count kidnapping, three counts engaging in or soliciting prostitution, and one count impersonation of public officer.
