A pipe bomb was found inside of a city truck outside of Okay City Hall Tuesday afternoon.
Officials say the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) exploded the bomb after removing it from the truck. Nobody was hurt and neither was the vehicle, officials say.
Officials say someone reported finding a suspicious device. There is no indication that there is any imminent or ongoing threat.
OHP bomb squad and AFT agents responded and have now rendered the device safe.
