OSBI is investigating after a man was shot by a Shawnee police officer early Thursday.
Police say they were called to a domestic disturbance in north Shawnee around 2:30 a.m.
They say an officer shot 27-year-old Dakota Price after he pointed a handgun at them when they arrived.
Price was also armed with a shotgun, according to OSBI.
He was transported to an area hospital.
No officers were injured.
