PAWNEE, Okla. - Most of Oklahoma, and parts of Kansas and Missouri, were shaking Tuesday night after a 4.5 magnitude earthquake struck near Pawnee.
No damage has been reported.
The earthquake shook the state nearly two months to the date of the last big rocker, a 5.6 magnitude earthquake. That one shook early Saturday morning on Sept. 3. It, too, was near Pawnee. Video from a surveillance camera captured that earthquake. Watch that video in the player above. Meteorologist Taft Price captured video of the lights in our studio swaying that morning.
Earlier this year, the USGS recorded a 5.1 earthquake near Fairview on Feb. 13.
Back in 2011 near Prague, three earthquakes struck in four days. The biggest was a 5.6 magnitude.
