The family found dead in Phoenix this week reportedly has some Oklahoma ties.

According to 2 Works for You media partner, KNXV, the family killed in a tragic incident previously lived in Owasso.

They've been identified as 50-year-old Vic Buckner, 49-year-old Kimberly Buckner, 18-year-old Kaitlin Buckner and six-year-old Emma Buckner.

Phoenix police said 26-year-old Alex Buckner shot four of his family members inside the home early Tuesday morning.

Relatives of the Buckner’s say Alex didn’t have a history of violence but he did suffer from mental health problems. According to them, it’s possible he was diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

Family members also said Alex had received treatment for drug abuse in Oklahoma.

Police say all of the victims had gunshot wounds but a medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
