Posted

OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities are searching for an escaped inmate out of a correctional center in Oklahoma City.

DOC says Carl Fisher escaped December 21 from the minimum security facility named Clara Waters Community Correctional Center.

Fisher is described as a “non-violent offender,” but authorities advise the public to not approach him and to call local authorities if they see him.

He is described as a white male, 6-feet tall, 165 pounds and has green eyes.

According to official documents, over the years Fisher has been incarcerated for possession of a stolen vehicle, false declaration of ownership, knowingly concealing stolen property, possession of a controlled drug, eluding a police officer, escape from confinement, possession of meth and falsely personating another to create a liability.
