LAVERNE, Okla. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the deaths of two people inside a rural home in northwestern Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Harper County deputies discovered a man and a woman dead inside a home Tuesday night at a home in Laverne, which is about 180 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
Authorities say deputies went to the house at the request of family members, who had not heard from the man and woman in several days. The medical examiner's office will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Authorities say the deaths are considered suspicious but no suspects are being sought. The names of the deceased have not yet been released.
