OKLAHOMA CITY – An all nude “fruit bar” is under police scrutiny after possibly breaking the law.
Police in Oklahoma City say the nudity bar is accused of selling fruit and candy infused with alcohol.
According to police, it is illegal to sell intoxicating drinks in an all nude club. Part of the reason is related to the club being classified as a juice bar.
Officers say they found alcohol-infused cherries, gummy bears and shots.
Further investigation revealed that drink specials ranges from $20 to $400.
Four people have been arrested, including the manager and owner. City leaders will review the status of the business' license later this month.
