TULSA COUNTY -- The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office canceled a Silver Alert issued for a missing elderly couple after they were found safe in Beggs.
Samuel and Edna Mae Gafford were last seen early Friday morning at 51st and 161st street in Broken Arrow, where they asked a police officer for directions to Owasso.
They were found safe in Beggs a few hours later.
Both have medical issues and dementia and desperately needed their medication.
