Graco recalling inclined sleeper accessory for some playards

TULSA, Okla. — Check your nursery because the first item on this week's Recall Roundup is aimed at preventing a suffocation risk for infants.

Graco is recalling the inclined sleeper accessory included with four models of is playards.

Infant fatalities have been reported with other manufacturers' inclined sleep products after unrestrained babies rolled from their back to their stomach or side. Check the Graco recall website to see if you have the accessory. You can continue to use the playard and its other included accessories.

Camp Chef is recalling portable gas stoves due to a fire hazard.

An internal part of the gas regulator can have a sharp edge that can tear a hole in the seal causing gas to leak. Stop using the stoves immediately and contact camp chef stoves for a free gas regulator replacement kit.

The batteries can overheat posing a fire risk and emit harmful smoke. Stop using immediately and contact LG Energy Solution Michigan to schedule a free replacement.

Cycling sports group is recalling Cannondale Canvas NEO Bicycles due to a fall hazard.

The front fender can detach causing the front wheel to abruptly stop. If you have this bike stop using it and contact an authorized Cannondale dealer or cycling sports group for a free repair.

Thermo Tents is recalling "Mor series" tents due to a fire risk.

The tents are incorrectly labeled fire retardant. If you have one, stop using it near any flame or source of ignition. The firm is contacting all known purchasers to send you a new label stating the tent is not fire retardant.

Homfa Cabinets are being recalled due to a tip-over and entrapment hazard that could result in death or serious injuries to children.

The cabinets are unstable if not anchored to a wall. If you have one keep children away from it. Homfa will provide a pre-paid shipping label so consumers can remove and return the cabinet's drawer slides for a full refund. Consumers should then discard the rest of the unit.

Check your Halloween decor. Scentsy is recalling electrical oil warmers due to a fire hazard.

Corrosion of electrical components in Scentsy Luminary Jack Warmers and Scentsy Bless This Home Warmers due to fumigation required to eradicate a cockroach infestation in one of Scentsy's shipping containers.

Stop using and contact Scentsy for full refund. To qualify for the refund, Scentsy requires among other things that you send it a photo of the recalled warmer with the wires cut making it unusable.
