TULSA - Tulsa Police responded to a man with a cut in his neck around 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the man was not cooperating with them.
Right now they don't know who cut him, what the weapon was or what lead up to the incident.
Police suspect he may've been intoxicated at the time.
EMSA took the man to the hospital with a non life-threatening wound. He was still alert and able to talk.
