LONDON -- Former Tulsan and KJRH contributor, Heather Brooker, is in London near Parliament where a terror attack unfolded Wednesday afternoon.
Brooker says she was on vacation heading towards the London Eye when the attack began. According to Brooker, thousands of tourists were in the area when an apparent stabbing took place. Immediately following the attack, media flocked to the scene.
Brooker says scared passengers aboard the London Eye were let off the attraction by workers in the hours following the terror attacks.

British police say that 4 people dead in London attack including 1 police officer, attacker; 20 injured.
Police on scene say a number of people were injured in the attack, including police officers.
A witness told the Press Association he saw a man stab a policeman outside Parliament.
The White House says President Donald Trump has been briefed and is aware of the situation.
The U.S. State Department says it is closely monitoring the incident outside London's Parliament and urged Americans in London to avoid the area.
Spokesman Mark Toner said Wednesday: "We stand ready to assist in any way the U.K. authorities would find helpful."
He added that the U.S. Embassy in London is closely following the news and stands ready to help any affected Americans.
He said: "Our hearts go out to those affected."
