TULSA, Okla. - Investigators believe they have solved Tulsa's latest homicide, but they need the public's help in getting one of the persons of interest.

Authorities say they found 38-year-old Jason Harris dead inside a vehicle on Interstate 169 Wednesday morning with a gunshot wound.

Their investigation led police to arrest 29-year-old Dustin Baker for murder but they are also looking for someone else.

Police said Dillan Rose, 25, turned himself in in connection with the incident. He was arrested on a count of first-degree murder, robbery and kidnapping.
