OHP: 1 dead after train hits person in Rogers County Sunday

ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirms that one person has died after being hit by a train Sunday morning.

State troopers say the incident happened on the train tracks along Route 66 in Foyil at about 4 a.m. Sunday.

OHP says the train hit a man in his 20's who was standing on the tracks. The medical examiner's office is on its way to the scene to further investigate.
