NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- Police in Norman have arrested a suspect in the death of a woman whose body was found in northeast Oklahoma City.
Police say a 32-year-old man was arrested early Saturday for first-degree murder, kidnapping and unlawful removal of a body. Court records do not indicate that formal charges have yet been filed.
Police say the man is a suspect in the death of the woman who was found Friday by Oklahoma City police and Oklahoma County deputies about 30 miles northeast of Norman.
The woman's name has not been released.
Norman police say it appears the woman was killed in Norman Thursday night or Friday morning.
