The City of Bixby, Oklahoma recommended evacuations Wednesday for neighborhoods, homes and structures in floodplain areas. The recommendation came after the Army Corps of Engineers plan to increase their release of water at Keystone Dam to 215,000 cubic feet per second on Wednesday.
