Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has been indicted for tax fraud, according to entertainment news website TMZ.
Sorrentino is said to have not paid his full tax bill for $8.9 million in earnings, according to an indictment from the U.S. attorney obtained by TMZ. Sorrentino is accused of filing fraudulent returns.
TMZ reports Sorrentino's brother is also charged with conspiracy to commit tax fraud. Both are expected to surrender to authorities today, TMZ reports.
