Rapper Lil Peep died last month from a combination of drugs, according to a toxicology report.

The YouTube personality, whose real name was Gustav Ahr, was killed by the combination of the toxic effects of fentanyl and alprazolam, according to the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner in Arizona.

The manner of death is certified as accidental.

Ahr was found unresponsive in his tour bus prior to a concert in Tucson, Arizona on November, 15. The Tucson Police Department says that the investigation into a possible homicide has concluded, and that they are still investigating where the drugs came from.
