MULDROW, Okla. -- A Muldrow teacher has been charged with enabling child abuse after a police investigation into a September fight.
On September 29, Muldrow Campus Police investigated a fight on school grounds. During the investigation, it was discovered that school policy violations and criminal violations may have been committed by a teacher, 52-year-old Julie Boshers.
On October 4, the Muldrow Police opened an investigation. During the investigation, it was discovered that Boshers allegedly knew about the fight before it started. Police also allege that Boshers followed students outside and watched the fight without calling for help or intervening until a student stepped in to stop the fight.
Boshers was arrested and has been charged with enabling child abuse by injury.
