OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma woman is trying to sue the State Department of Health over new regulations placed on medical marijuana.
Lawmakers recently passed the unity bill to help set up a framework for the growing industry.
But in her lawsuit, Leslie Collum says the bill is unconstitutional and how it could take away a patients medical marijuana license depending on how their disability is classified.
