BARTLESVILLE, Okla. -- Police have identified the woman shot and killed in an apparent accidental shooting outside a Bartlesville restaurant Tuesday as 46-year-old Crista Arcella Downey.
The woman's husband, who had the gun at the time, has been identified as 53-year-old Johnie Dean Downey.
Police say at this time they believe a man and a woman left McCalister’s Deli and got into a truck when the shooting happened.
According to police the shooting, which may have been accidental, happened inside the truck and no one inside the restaurant was in danger.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
