TULSA, Okla. — Police are investigating a Monday night homicide near 31st and Mingo.
Investigators tell us they believe a man shot a woman at a laundromat parking lot and then loaded her in his SUV and dropped her off at a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Authorities say they arrested the man about an hour later without incident at a relative's home in east Tulsa.
There were children in the vehicle at the time of the shooting, and they were found safe at the suspect's house, according to police.
