A woman who spent nine years in prison for the death of her one-year-old stepson is now out on bond.
The "Innocence Project" helped introduce new evidence in Shiloh Brafford's case, and helped her get a retrial.
The new evidence document claims that the little boy had a condition of fluid on the brain that would make him susceptible to death from a minor injury.
Brafford claims the boy had a fall in the kitchen, and that's what caused him to fracture his skull, not abuse.
