MANNFORD, Okla. - A 48-year-old woman was killed in a one-car crash in Creek County just before 10 p.m. Friday night.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that Robyin R. Anderson of Mannford was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident at Highway 51 and 417th W. Ave.
Troopers say she was northbound on 417th and ran a stop sign where the road intersects with Highway 51. They say 417th W. Ave. ends at that intersection and her vehicle went airborne, striking a tree.
Anderson was thrown from the vehicle and seatbelts were not in use, according to OHP.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
