TULSA -- Police are searching for three men who forced their way into a home and injured a woman.

The incident happened on North Maplewood Avenue near Newton Place. Police say three men wearing all black forced their way into a home.

The homeowner was home alone according to police. She tried to close the door on the robbers, but they pushed back and hit the woman.

Police say the woman suffered a head injury and then fainted. After the homeowner regained consciousness, she discovered that the suspects had left.

EMSA was on scene to take the woman to the hospital. One of the woman's sons says he hopes police catch the suspects soon, so they won't hurt anyone else.

At this time, it's unclear whether or not the robbers made off with anything.
