A jury found Sonia Weidenfelder guilty in the death of Debra Morgan Friday.
The district attorneys office said the jury found Weidenfelder guilty and recommended a life sentence.
Back when they were arrested in 2016, police said they believed that Weidenfelder was the fiancée of Richard Spaulding. Spauulding, who was also charged in Morgan's death, and Morgan had a child together.
Weidenfelder is to be sentenced June 1.
Spaulding, who has not been sentenced yet, is due back in court June 4.
