TALALA, Okla.- A woman is in critical after a horseback riding accident Saturday afternoon near Talala.
Northwest Rogers County Fire Protection and OTEMS paramedics say they were called to the scene around 6:30 p.m. on reports of a horseback riding accident
Officials say her new horse reared up and fell on her, while preparing for a performance.
The woman was airlifted to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition.
Her name has not yet been released pending a notification of next of kin.
