Tulsa Police responded to the area of East 31st Street and I-44 for reports of a large amount of drugs found in a motel room.
When police arrived on scene they discovered 100 grams of methamphetamine and $12,000 cash.
The occupant of the room, Patricia Tillerson, had not paid her mill and was not in the room when the motel staff went to clean.
Police found Tillerson's ID as well as drug notes documenting sales.
Tillerson returned to the room for her purse and property.
She told police that she was "babysitting the safe" that the drugs were found in, she denied any knowledge of what was in the safe.
Tillerson said the $12,000 cash was her school money.
A friend drove Tillerson from Arkansas to Tulsa, the friend was released by police after she told them that she didn't know about the drugs or money.
Patricia Tillerson was arrested for trafficking controlled dangerous substances after felony convictions and possession of drug proceeds.
