Woman arrested for meth trafficking in Wagoner County

A Wagoner County woman has been arrested for methamphetamine trafficking and other drug-related charges, a report says.

Kristen E. Bergen, 48, was taken into custody during the service of a search warrant on Wednesday morning in the 25000 block of E. 92nd Court in Broken Arrow. 

The sheriff’s office says deputies seized crystal meth, marijuana, THC Oil, drug paraphernalia scales, baggies and items associated with trafficking and distribution of illegal drugs.

Bergen is being held at the Wagoner County jail on complaints of trafficking meth, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of schedule III drugs, possession of marijuana/possession of controlled drugs while having no tax stamp, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold, possession of surveillance equipment during commission of a felony. 

“This arrest was the results of a lengthy and tedious investigation by Wagoner County Deputies,” Sheriff Chris Elliott said. “We believe that with Bergen off the streets we have severely impacted the sales of methamphetamine in Wagoner County. The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office is committed to keeping the pressure on, and to continue the ‘war on drugs in Wagoner County.’ I applaud my deputies for their efforts and this county is truly blessed and fortunate to have deputies that are 100 visit committed to the safety and security of this County.”
