TULSA – One woman was arrested this week for allegedly whipping a child with an extension cord.
Erica Neal, 36, was arrested on accusation of child abuse after witnesses claim the child had visible injuries that appear to be from an extension cord.
Tulsa police reported finding wounds on the child, saying that some appeared “fresh” and some appeared to have been from another incident.
