Winds, rain and fog; residents brace for cold

Posted
and last updated

Winds of up to 40mph knocked over a construction fence and blew debris across 15th Street and Trenton Avenue on Sunday morning.

A couple of construction workers used shovels to pick up the insulation material, which they say flew from a building under construction.

The bar manager of Smoke Woodfire Grill across the street says there were some pieces that blew over on their parking lot.

In spite of the rain and cold weather, the restaurant had a lot of customers for brunch.

This weather is expected to get even colder overnight with possible ice and snow.
