All westbound lanes of the Broken Arrow Expressway are closed near Highway 169 after a fatal crash.
All lanes were back open after 9am on Monday.
The victim name has been released as 52-year-old Michael Goad.
TPD says five cars were involved in the crash on the BA Expressway.
Police say the crash started out with two cars merging into one another.
A third car stopped and was rear ended by a fourth car. A fifth car hit the fourth car. We're told the driver of the third car died.
All cars had one person inside. The driver of the third car died, according to TPD. The drivers of the other cars were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
