TULSA — Tulsa police say one of their weekly most wanted people is a man accused of child neglect, child sexual abuse and other counts.
Police say Curtis Cochran, 38, is wanted out of Tulsa County for two counts of child neglect and child sexual abuse, abuse by caretaker, pointing a firearm and drug possession.
Police said the man, who is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds, will be held without bail when he is captured.
