Our survey team spent much of the day in Franklin County, AR assessing damage from Friday evening’s storms with emergency management. We’ve confirmed an EF-1 #tornado SW to S of Ozark. We also confirmed the localized damage near Cass was the result of non tornadic wind. #ARwx

The following highways remain closed until further notice due to ongoing flooding-related closures or damage:
NOWATA CO.
- SH-10 is closed 4.5 miles east of US-169 at Cedar Creek due to flooding damage
MUSKOGEE CO.
SH-10 is closed just east US-62 in Ft. Gibson due to flooding damage
DURING flooding conditions, motorists are reminded:
Don't drive around barricades if roadway is closed.
If you see high water, turn around and do not enter.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CUSHING, OK
With the possible approaching weather, driving conditions can become extremely hazardous in the city. At the appropriate time, personnel from the Street Department will take necessary action to sand streets and parking areas, or grade and remove accumulations of snow from these areas.
The following routes will be implemented should inclement weather impact the City of Cushing:
Highland: Main Street south to 9th Street
Little Avenue: From Main Street south to 9th Street.
Linwood: From Main Street south to 9th Street
9th Street: From Linwood west to Cleveland
Broadway: Cleveland east to Linwood
Cleveland: Main Street south to Cherry
The City of Cushing asks that if you have a vehicle along any of these routes, please park it in off-street parking to allows crews necessary room to clear the roadways.
